We accept COD (Cash-On-Delivery), cash cheque.

Alternatively, you could do payment via bank transfer to POSB SAVINGS account number 063-26397-4 ( Bank code : 7171 / Branch code : 081) a day before delivery is made

Can I exchange my products if I find it unsuitable for my pets?

You can always enquire the product before purchasing, feel free to give us a call. No exchange will be made due to misjudgement.

If my products is spoilt or defective, could I return & exchange?

A.

We will exchange all products due to manufacturers defects within 7 days in its original packaging and accompanied with receipt. Dog food products once opened and found to defective can be exchanged within 7 days, but this happens rarely as we trust our distributors to give us a 100% good quality, naturally processed and top-notch products.

When can we expect our delivery?

We will try to expedite all our orders within 2-3 working days (due to stocks availability).

As a guideline, cut off timing for same day delivery is 12pm.

Do you have any charges for delivery services?

Our free delivery scheme is as follows:

Central Business District with CBD ERP Gantry – min. $55 purchase + $3 ERP Gantry
Islandwide – min. S$55 purchase

For orders that do not meet the minimum purchase, there will be a delivery charge of S$8

Does PawMart deliver overseas?

A.

We do, anywhere in the world. Customers have to bear the shipping cost though and you can expect your package right at your own doorsteps!

Which courier services do PawMart normally uses?

A.

Locally, we deliver ourselves or by Singapore Post. For overseas deliveries, it will be by Fedex,UPS or VPost.
